Framed ch. 13-14 pg.

During these chapters the kids stakeout goes haywire. While pitch is setting up the microphones and cameras the Eagans arrive at home earlier than expected! To avoid being seen Pitch actually hides in the chimney! Once the Eagans are inside pitch jumps off the roof and sprints back to Savannahs house. Once everyone is back to Savannahs house (a.k.a base) Marissa checks the cameras and microphones and everything is working perfectly! Once all the cameras etc. are set up, Ben goes and makes friends with Dr. Evil’s daughter while she is scootering. Ben falls on purpose to get himself into the Eagans house. Once Dr. Evils daughter brings Ben inside Ben notices that there is a box that could possibly be holding the ring. He wants to check the box but Dr. Evil arrives right before he has the chance.

Framed Ch. 11-12 pg.89-104

In these two chapters all the kids (besides griffin, who is on house arrest) plan a stake out on their principle, A.K.A Dr. Evil’s house. The kids plan to hook up the house with a mike and watch the house non stop. Pitch, an experienced climber, scales the house and puts a microphone down the chimney. This way Marissa, a very tech girl, can hear almost everything that is said inside the Eagan household right on her laptop. Meanwhile Ben, an outstanding actor, gets into character. He plans to become good friends with Dr. Evil’s daughter to get inside the house and search for the ring. Everything is going great until the Eagans come home earlier than expected and trap Pitch on top of the roof

Framed ch.9-10 pg. 73- 88

In these few chapters Griffin starts his time in JFK (jail for kids). He can never get his mind off the ring and is constantly thinking about how he can prove he is guilty. After thinking long and hard during the days at JFK he comes up with a plan that he believes can prove his innocence. Griffin is going to use a "sting" operation. He sends the suspects (darren vader, Tony Barthalomew, Celia white and Dr. Evil) telling them to meet him at a statue in town so he can offer major money for the superbowl ring. If their lucky the holder of the ring should meet them at the staue, but instead they all come. They figure out that Dr. Evil is the only suspect that could have had the ring with him, but before they can question him they are caught! Instead of Griffin just having to attend JFK he is also under house arrest.

Framed ch. 7-8 pg. 49-72

In this section of the kids get into even more trouble. At school almost all of the kids know about the stolen ring. More and more suspicion arrises against Griffin. Griffin also is forced to go to court. Because Griffin has so much evidence against him he loses in court and is sentenced to spend time in at JFK, a school for juevenile elinquints. At JFK Griffin is completely out of place and will do anything to get out, but hes stuck there until he can clear his name.

Framed ch. 5-6 PG. 37-48

In these chapters we realize that someone has stolen the super bowl ring! The kids principal already hates him, which makes matters even worse. The kids are also under heavy suspicion because griffins retainer was found in the case that the ring was stolen from. This surprises the kids because Griffin had been missing the retainer for days. The kids immediately deny the fact that they stole the ring, but no one seems to be buying it. Griffins own mom even thinks he may be guilty. The case just keeps getting bigger, the police have even checked Griffins house.

Framed ch. 3-4 pg. 16-36

Griffin, Savannah and Pitch, a group of middle school friends are working on a plan to stop their evil principal. They are developing a plan with fake, untraceable emails to keep him busy. That way they don’t have to do morning calisthenics or listen to his sports lectures. While they are talking they walk by a football game when Savannah’s dog,  Luther, breaks loose and attacks the quarterback. Normally they could just apologize and everything would be fine, but their evil principal was the coach.

Framed ch.1-2 pg. 1-16

In the first two chapters of Framed we meet a group of middle school friends. We learn all about their evil teacher who is obsessed with fitness. Instead of homeroom in the morning they have 20 minutes of calistetics. We also figure out that the football ring of a graduate student was found in the school. The ring is studded with lots of real diamonds and is made of gold. Something vary valuable that someone may want to steal.

end of Wolf Brother

In the last chapter of Wolf Brother Torak and Wolf journey to the mountain to give it the three pieces of the nanuak hoping the world spirit will destroy the bear. Their journey is anything but quite and peaceful. As they approach the mountain they spot the demon bear. The bear immediately catches their scent and begins to chase after them. As if this wasn’t enough a man from the raven tribe is trying to kill them because he was not chosen to bring the nanuak to the mountain. Just before Torak is killed he summons the world spirit, which then destroys the bear. Once the bear has been killed peace and tranquility is restored to the forest.

Wolf Brother pg.256-280

In this part of Wolf Brother Fin Keddin, the raven tribe leader, tells Torak all about his father and things he didn’t know about him. Fin-Keddin tells Torak how the person who created the demon bear was a member of the soul-eaters, an evil group of mages, was actually Torak’s fathers sworn enemy. He also tells Torak that if the soul eaters find Torak they will come after him and try to kill him. After this news Torak and wolf head off to find the mountains. They are well prepared, but there is still one problem. No one has ever found the mountains.

Wolf Brother pg. 238-255

In this section of the book Torak, Renn and wolf, who now have all three pieces of the nanuak, must journey to the mountain and offer it the nanuak to destroy the bear. On their way to the mountain they are captured by the Raven Clan, who then take them back to camp. At camp Fin-Kiden decides who will take the nanuak to the mountain. After much begging it is decided that Torak and wolf will take the nanuak to the mountain.

In this section of the book Torak and Renn are journeying across the ice rever when a storm hits! Torak and renn are seperated, and must dig caves in the ice to stay safe. Torak luckily finds a pre built cave, but he wasnt the first one to use it. Inside is a dead body! When Torak examines the body he realizes that the body has the third piece of the nanuak! Once the storm settles down Torak and wolf fing Renn in a small cave of her own. Now the group has all three pieces of the nanuak, their only challenge left is to bring them to the mountain.

In this section of the book Torak and Renn start to track wolf who had ran off to escape the demon bear. After a short time Torak and Renn find wolf, who had ran in a stream so the bear couldn’t smell him, and continue to journey north. They then reach the ice river. As they are crossing Torak falls into a hole in the ice and must use dear antlers as pickaxes to get back to the surface. When Torak reaches the top everyone is happy and relieved, but then the snowstorm comes!

In this section of Wolf Brother the demon bear attacks Renn and wolf while Torak is trying to find the second piece of the nanuak. The bear goes after Renn because she has the first piece of the nanuak, but Renn doesn’t even know it. As the bear goes to kill Renn Wolf pushes her out of the way and takes the nanuak and runs from the demon bear. Wolf travels far away and loses the bear, but enters another wolf packs territory and must be careful. If other wolves find him they might attack him. Meanwhile Torak gets the second piece of the nanuak and they start to fallow wolves prints.

In these chapters Renn and Torak fallow wolf, but are not so sure they made the right turn. They end up in a valley with a strange man. He seems to have mental problems and his only friend is a mouse. The strange man talks about strange things, but when Torak thinks about it it sounds like the next piece of the nanuak. While Torak is searching for the piece of the nanuak the demon bear comes back!

Wolf Brother by:Michelle Paver Ch. 14-15 pg. 123-139

In these chapters Renn and Torak venture deeper and deeper into the forest. During their journey they must cross a river, which wolf is desperately afraid of. Because wolf is so scared of the water Torak must carry him across. The crossing was perfect until wolf jumped onto land again. This knocked Torak off his feet and sent him down river. Torak struggles to get above water when he sees something shiny at the bottom of the river. Using the last of his breath he dives down and recovers the object. Torak then gets back to land and examines the object. He suspects it is one of the three pieces of the nanuak that he must bring to the mountain to show he is worthy and destroy the bear.

Wolf brother by:Michelle Paver ch.12-13 pg. 103-122

During these chapters Torak starts to travel north, to the mountain except Renn from the raven tripe, and one of his captors has joined him. Renn and Torak make a perfect team and make good time traveling through the woods. Torak’s only suspicion is whether Renn helping him is a trap. As Renn and Torak journey through the woods wolf seems very scared. Renn and Torak then spot huge bear claw marks in a tree. Is the demon bear ahead?

Wolf Brothe by:Michelle Paver Ch. 10-11 pg. 85-102

During this section of the book people from many clans from all over the forest and get together for a clan meet. They gathered to decide if Torak should be sacrificed, and if so how. Torak obviously doesn’t want to be killed so he tries to escape camp. He runs all over, hides in rivers and even covers himself in wolverine poo to throw hunting dogs off his scent. Torak makes a successful escape, but he had to leave wolf behind.

Wolf Brother by:Michelle Paver Ch. 7-9 pg. 57-84

During these chapters Torak is taken to his captors autumn camp. He then figures out that he is to be killed for “taking” his captors roe buck. Torak obviously doesn’t want to be killed, so using the oldest law ever made he fights for hi life. Torak has to fight a boy named Osaka, who has obviously been trained and knows how to fight, whereas Torak has no idea what he is supposed to do. Torak sees his chance and while fighting throws broth into the fire nearby. This creates steam, which blinds his opponent, then Torak wins and gets to live. That is for now. Because Torak fought with air, and has a dog whistle they think he is the boy from the prophecy and that he must be killed to make the bear go away!

Wolf Brother by Michelle Paver- Ch. 5-6 pg. 36-56

In these chapters Torak and wolf start to bond. They no longer share an uneasy, un trustful relationship, but a playful loving one. They journey farther and farther into the woods when they come upon a roe buck. Torak and wolf track the buck all day, when Torak finally brings it down with a perfect shot with his bow and arrow. Torak spends lots of time skinning and preparing the buck, turning some into dry meat and cooking other pieces. After the buck is prepared they continue their journey, but as they start moving on Torak is kidnapped!

Wolf Brothe by Michelle paver, Ch. 3-4, pg 13-35

           In these chapters Torak journeys farther through the woods. He has not eaten for days, and can barely see straight. He finally comes along a pack of dead wolves, all killed in a flash flood from the “big wet” that runs throughout the forest, all except for one small cub. Torak who has almost no energy left goes around setting traps and scouting for berries or nuts, whatever he can find that is edible. Torak uses the little strength he has left to chop a few saplings to make a shelter. Torak is about to settle down for the night when he notices a wolf cub that must have survived the flood. Toraks first thought was food, but didn’t have the heart to actually kill the wolf. Torak using his new found talent starts to communicate with the wolf. The wolf becomes Toraks new companion, and they then set off on Toraks journey again.

Wolf Brother by Michelle Paver ch. 1-2, pg 1-12

        The book wolf brother is all about a kid named torak and his father who live in the woods. They must live off of whatever nature provides. In the first few chapters Toraks father is attacked by a bear, but this is no ordinary bear, its possesed. Toraks dad gives torak all his stuff and tells him to go on because hes not going to live. Before toraks father dies he tells him to travel to the mountain. Torak leaves but still cannot believe his father is gone. On toraks first days alone he sees how dangerous this bear really is, it killed a whole herd of dear just to kill them! Torak also finds out something he didnt know he could do. He can talk to animals!
